CITAZIONE (=Cinzia= @ 23/9/2008, 12:29) Io avrei una domandina riguardo l'adattament italiano di questa puntata. Quando Booth dice:
Booth: (approaching pond where there is a boat waiting) He’s got no sense of discretion. That kid. Typical squint.
Bones: I don’t know what that means.
Booth: Well when the cops get stuck we bring in people like you. You know squints. You know to squint at things.
Bones: (stops walking and faces him) Oh you mean people with very high IQs and basic reasoning skills. (tosses her bag at Booth who catches it)
Booth: Yeah.
[Cut to: Booth and Bones on the boat]
"squints" come l'hanno tradotto?! Secchioni!? me la sono sempre chiesta sta cosa anche perchè è un termine che usa spesso....
Sì, nella versione italiana non ha una traduzione precisa...cambiano un po' a seconda di come gli gira  Qualche volta lo traducono come "secchioni", altre volte come "topi da laboratorio", ma anche "scienziati cervelloidi" (o qlcosa del genere) e adesso altre non me ne vengono...cmq penso di ave contato almeno 4/5 traduzioni diverse.
Ok che se vai a cercare "squints" sul vocabolario non ha una traduzione proprio esatta (e "scrutatori" non sarebbe stato proprio il massimo per rendere l'idea) ma proprio per questo potevano lasciare "squints", come hanno lasciato "Bones" in originale. (sembrerà strano ma ad esempio so che in spagnolo anche Bones è tradotto, come HUESOS...strano, eh?)
Cmq se vai sul sito, nella Guida agli Episodi del Pilot c'è una pagina dedicata all'adattamento italiano...
